Matt was just the best. My wife and I have used several other builders in the past, and Matt is by far our favorite. He was professional, courteous, exacting, reasonably priced, and fast! We are thrilled with how our kitchen turned out and will highly recommend him (and his team) to all our friends.

Matt Sartor did an amazing job in renovating our master and guest bathrooms. Moved a wall to give us a gigantic shower, added outlets and additional electrical for more lighting options, re-routed vents to improve our exhaust and to accommodate our new cabinets, plus much more. Great communication throughout the project. Matt really went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied with the final results. Highly recommended!

Our project needed creative thinking and talented solutions, Mathew listened and educated my wife and I on the challenges we were up against with our barn remodel project; extensive roof and eaves reconstruction with shingles, new floor, new entry door and finished Cedar trim and siding. Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship above and beyond expectations! efficient, on schedule and on budget. We feel fortunate that we have found the resource necessary to complete a few other remodeling dreams we would like to have attended to with skill and confidence of Mathew and Sparrow Contracting.

Matt Sartor remodeled the master bath for us. He is a creative problem solver who gave us several viable options and changed the room for the better. He's a good communicator who kept us informed on progress and obstacles, as they occurred. Specific improvements included moving the ceiling lights to provide better coverage, adding a USB outlet in the wall, and some nice tilework on the floor. Matt is a skilled craftsman and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

I needed to help an aging parent with some home items from 600 miles away. After calling a family member they referred me to the owner. I called, let him know what I needed, he went and looked at it, gave me a price on the phone, confirmed when he could start and when it should be done. Boom! Handled. That's rare now days unfortunately. Job well done for the exact price quoted.

Matt Sartor from Sparrow Contracting has done a wonderful job on all of the home improvement projects since 2016. He is very professional and does the work to perfection. Matt was timely on the job and completion of the work. March 2016 - Repairs to exterior of home and chase repairs, front bay, gable over garage, rear bay and chimney chase repairs. June 2018 - Repairs on side of dormer, removed and replaced new shingles, siding, installed grace water and ice shield, and flashing. Gutter repairs. October 2022 - tore out and replaced rotted cedar wood front of home, gable. Replaced rotten wood on chimney and back of house.

The work on our home was spectacular. They were very communicative once the work started. We would hire them again for projects on our home.

I had a great experience working with Sparrow Contracting. I had my loft closed in by using barn doors and they took my vision and made it a reality. They also covered my carpet and masked everything so I did not have any dust. I will use Sparrow again for my future projects. The owner is very easy to work with.
