Over 25 years of residential construction experience in southeast Michigan
Matt Sartor has been building and remodeling homes across southeast Michigan since 1998. In 2021, he founded Sparrow Contracting and Building LLC to bring that experience directly to homeowners who expect quality craftsmanship, honest pricing, and clear communication from their general contractor.
From kitchen remodeling in Fenton to bathroom renovations in Grand Blanc, basement finishing in Brighton, and whole-home additions in Hartland, every project starts with a free consultation and a detailed plan. Matt personally oversees each build, ensuring clean jobsites, protected property, and work that meets or exceeds local building codes.
